The Links is a Switzerland-based Experts Hub founded in 2022. We provide an innovative B2B service model that gives companies rapid access to on-demand external specialists, interim managers and project resources.
Organizations, both private companies and public institutions, often struggle to find the right expertise for short-term mandates, temporary leadership gaps, project-based needs, or to bridge a period before a permanent hire joins. Identifying a trustworthy partner who can select, validate, and provide the right external professional is not always easy.
The Links answers this challenge by offering a curated selection of validated experts, enabling our clients to quickly reinforce their teams, manage urgent situations, outsource specific functions, or secure the best specialist for a tender or project.

THE FOUNDER: JULIETTE JAIN.
Juliette Jain has more than 20 years corporate experience mainly in the services and consulting industry with business and HR leadership skills and experience.
She served in a Big 4 for 14 years as Head of HR, business management processes leader and project manager.
She founded The Links in order to answer to the growing demand of on demand specialists on the market. She also founded JAIN Sàrl – Personal Branding & Development in 2018 with the mission to grow leaders into the next level of their career. In addition she is a freelance HR consultant and head hunter with Move UP SA.
Juliette holds a Master of HR as well as a coaching PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation.
