2. Search in our network (within 48 hours). We search our network of more than 1,000 validated experts and select project managers and experts who have already led similar projects.

3. Shortlist and interviews. You receive a short list of profiles we know, have assessed and recommend. We come and present them to you, you interview them with your decision makers.

4. References and validation. We verify backgrounds and check references so that you can decide quickly and with confidence.

5. Contract and start. We handle the contractual framework between your company, the expert and The Links, and are in charge of the monthly billing. You only pay for hours actually worked. The expert starts as soon as you decide.

6. Follow-up during the mission. We stay in contact with you and the expert throughout the mission, with HR advisory included at no additional cost.
