The Challenge

A family-owned Swiss company based in Vaud, employing 1,200 people in the industrial sector, faced a sensitive situation: several senior managers, including the Operations Director, were approaching retirement within the next 24 months.


The company had no formal succession plan and its HR department was focused mainly on administration. Hiring a permanent HR Director was considered premature given the current governance structure.


The risk of losing key expertise threatened business continuity and the trust of long-standing clients.



The Approach
